Bail
After a person is arrested, the jail or court will set a bail amount (the dollar amount varies based on the alleged offense involved and other contributing factors). It is the court's way of making sure that a defendant appears at their scheduled court dates once released from jail.

In order for an individual to "post bail," or to secure the release of your friend/loved one from jail, they must turn over to the court, the full amount of the assigned bail amount. While the law demands that the bail be "non-excessive," these amounts can still be quite large and beyond the means of most people. That's where Owens Bonding can help. We will arrange to cover the financial obligation to the courts, so the defendant can be released. You will only owe a small percentage of the full amount (provided the defendant makes all required court appearances), which is called the premium. We will walk you through the entire process and even assist in helping the client make their scheduled court dates. We will do all of this in the fastest possible time, so the defendant can return home to their friends and loved ones right away..
Collateral is sometimes needed, but not always. There are rare instances when we request it, but these are considered on a case-by-case basis. Ultimately, we focus on creating a solution that is comfortable for your specific situation.
Bail Bonds Financing
When a friend or loved one is in jail, the last thing you want to worry about is how you're going to pay for their release. We beleive that everyone is entitled to the right to bail and money, or immediate lack there of, should not be the only determiner as to whether your loved one must remain in custody. That's why we provide simple, easy, payment plans that enables you to secure their release quickly and affords you some peace of mind in knowing that there is someone on your side to "help you through it."
Payment options are determined by the amount needed to post bail and who will cosign the bail agreement should the individual be unable to pay the premium amount on their own. There are a multitude of payment options we'll discuss with you. Owens Bonding tailors every payment option to the individual needs of our clients.
